HEATHROW TO CATFORD

.THE CHEAPEST AND EASIEST WAY is to take a 726 bus from Heathrow Central to Beckenham. Ask the driver to let you off at the 54 Bus Stop. From there take the 54 bus to second stop past Catford Bus Garage (Ring bell to stop bus) 10-12 minutes. Inchmery Road is 1st on the right.

Underground to CHARING CROSS(change at Piccadilly Circus). Train from Charing Cross to CATFORD BRIDGE.Walk into main road, turn left, walk to traffic lights. Turn right down Canadian Avenue to the end. Turn right. Inchmery Road is 2nd on the left. (For Taxis - see below) There is a train from Heathrow to Paddington every 15 minutes BUT it costs £20.00 return.

GATWICK TO CATFORD

Train from Gatwick to EAST CROYDON. "Tram Link" from outside EAST CROYDON to BECKENHAM JUNCTION STATION, then a 54 bus to second stop past Catford Bus Garage (Ring bell to stop bus) 30-40 minutes. Inchmery Road is 1st on the right.

EUROSTAR

Train from WATERLOO EAST to CATFORD BRIDGE. Then as from Catford Station.

STANSTEAD TO CATFORD

Train to LIVERPOOL STREET Number 47 Bus to end of Inchmery Road. Easiest.(One stop past Catford Centre. Ring bell to stop bus) OR Underground to BLACKFRIARS then train to CATFORD. Turn left in main road and walk as from Catford Bridge.

TAXIS Outside Catford Bridge Station is a "Mini-Cab" company called Station Cars. The journey takes about five minutes and will cost £3.00. You will not need to book a cab, just wait a few minutes for the next. Black Cabs in London are much more expensive than Mini-Cabs and are generally not available in the suburbs of London.

We are situated in Catford, on the outskirts of South East London.Facilities nearby include Fitness Studios, Theatre Concert Hall, several Ethnic Restaurants, Golf Course, Parks, Swimming Pool with Saunas,etc., Greyhound Race Track, Tenpin Bowling, Tennis Courts (we are very near Beckenham Tennis Club, come and see the top players in the first week in June before they play in Wimbledon). Nearby, in Bromley & Lewisham, are very large covered shopping precincts. Catford Bridge Station is a short walk away with two trains an hour to Central London, a 20 minute journey. More frequent trains from Lewisham. Greenwich is 20 minutes by bus. Parking for your car outside the house.
